For Customers contracting with an Omnicell entity in the United States

Unless otherwise expressly amended in the underlying agreement applicable to Customer:

 

• Applicable to agreements entered into August 24, 2022 or later
• Applicable to agreements entered into between August 4, 2021 to August 23, 2022

 

For Customers contracting with an Omnicell entity outside of the United States

Unless otherwise expressly amended in the underlying agreement applicable to Customer:

 

• Applicable to agreements entered into June 22, 2023 or later
